Sowing Instructions

Sowing depth: Approx. 1 cm
Sow Aquilegia ‘Biedermeier’ seeds in April to May, either directly outdoors or under cover. Use light, well-prepared soil and sow seeds at a depth of around 1 cm, covering lightly with soil.

Growing Conditions and Care

Plant spacing: 30 x 40 cm
Aquilegia grows best in a semi-shaded position with fertile, well-drained and moderately moist soil. Adding compost before planting can help support strong growth and better flowering.
