Because seeds are living products and their quality can be affected by storage, moisture, temperature, and handling, please read our returns policy below.
Returns for Unopened Seed Packets
You may return unopened and unused seed packets within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, seed packets must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original sealed packaging
- In resellable condition
- Returned with proof of purchase or your order number
Opened Seed Packets
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened seed packets.
Once a packet has been opened, we cannot guarantee seed quality, storage conditions, contamination risk, or viability. This helps us protect the quality and safety of all seed products we supply.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or if the seeds appear to be mislabelled, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or exchange.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item or packaging where possible.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact Mallorn Gardening Supplies before sending anything back.
Please include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photos, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Once your return is approved, please pack the unopened items securely and send them to the return address provided.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and checked.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
