Planting Instructions

Plant the bulbs outdoors from September to December, before the ground becomes frozen.

1. Select a sunny or partially shaded position with fertile, well-drained soil.
2. Loosen the soil and remove weeds or stones.
3. Plant each bulb at approximately two to three times its own height, with the pointed end facing upwards.
4. Space the bulbs naturally rather than planting them in straight rows.
5. Cover with soil, gently firm and water well after planting.
6. Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering so the bulbs can store energy for the following season.

For the most attractive effect, arrange the shorter crocuses, muscari and daffodils near the front, with the taller tulips and alliums behind them.
