Buzzy Bulbs Allium Purple Sensation 10/12 – 10 Bulbs is a carefully selected ornamental allium variety for autumn planting and spring colour. It is well suited to Irish gardens and can be used in sunny borders, cut-flower displays and dried arrangements.

Key Features

Pack size: 10 bulbs
Height: 90 cm
Flower colour: purple
Ideal for sunny borders, cut-flower displays and dried arrangements.
Spring flowers provide useful early-season colour for pollinator-friendly planting.

Planting Instructions

Plant: September–December
Plant bulbs with the pointed end facing upwards.
Use a planting depth of approximately two to three times the height of the bulb, unless the pack instructions state otherwise.
Space bulbs so they have room to develop; group planting gives the strongest visual effect.

Growing Conditions and Care

Position: Full sun
Soil: Fertile, well-drained soil; avoid persistently waterlogged ground.
Water after planting and during prolonged dry spells while actively growing.
Allow foliage to yellow and die back naturally after flowering to feed the bulb for the following season.
