Growing Information

Loosen the soil tablet following the instructions inside the packaging. Scatter the Tatsoi seeds evenly over the soil and cover with a thin layer of soil. Place the bowl in a bright position and keep the soil lightly moist.

Tatsoi is easy and quick to grow as a microgreen. Microgreens can usually be harvested after around 1 week, while the spoon-shaped baby leaves can be harvested after around 4 weeks.

Micro leaves: Harvested young and eaten with both the stem and seed leaves.
