Growing Information
Sow Thyme seeds for seedlings in April to May. Once seedlings are large enough to handle, prick them out and plant into beds in May to June.

For fresh or dried use, harvest thyme from the beginning of August, preferably on a dry day when the leaves are full of aroma.
