Growing Information

Sow seeds indoors from February to April on the surface of moist compost. Press the seeds gently into the compost but do not cover deeply, as they need light to germinate. Keep warm and moist until seedlings appear.

Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle and plant outdoors after the risk of frost has passed. Plant in a sunny or lightly shaded position and water regularly during dry weather. Remove faded flowers to encourage longer flowering.
