Growing Information

When to Sow

• Indoors: March – April
• Outdoors: May – July

How to Sow

Sow seeds thinly in trays or a prepared seedbed, lightly covering with fine compost or soil. Keep moist during germination. Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into individual pots or directly into a nursery bed.

Planting Out

Transplant from October to November, allowing plants enough space to spread and form dense flowering cushions.

Flowering

Produces a spectacular display of colourful blooms from April to July, covering the foliage with masses of flowers.

Growing Tips
