How to Grow
Sprinkle one spoonful of sprouting seeds into the glass growing jar.
Add plenty of lukewarm water, then screw on the lid and drain well.
Rinse the sprouts 2 to 3 times per day with fresh water and drain thoroughly each time.
Keep the growing jar at around 20°C.
Your sprouts will grow quickly and can be harvested fresh when ready.
