Sowing Instructions

• When to Sow.
• For annual flowering, sow indoors from February to March and transplant outdoors in April or May.
• For biennial flowering, sow outdoors in a seedbed from mid-July to mid-August and transplant to their final position in autumn for spectacular spring displays the following year.
• Sow seeds thinly in a seed tray or prepared seedbed, covering lightly with fine compost. Keep the soil evenly moist during germination. Transplant seedlings once they are large enough to handle, allowing enough space for healthy growth.
